David Seibel and Robert Ricigliano Go to Baghdad to Train Iraqi Members of Parliament and Others in Negotiation and Problem Solving Skills The National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) invites Insight Partners to Baghdad, Iraq as experts in negotiation and effective problem solving. NDI supports the development of democratic institutions and practices throughout the world in response to requests from local political groups and populations. In Iraq, Members of Parliament and other party members asked NDI for negotiation training and NDI is turning to Insight Partners. David Seibel and Senior Consultant Robert Ricigliano are designing and delivering two weeks of trainings, including separate one-day trainings for Shia, Sunni, Kurd, Secular and various other groups, as well as a two-day multiparty training combining participants representing a range of political perspectives.
