Ron Kertzner Ron Kertzner is President of ChoicePoint Consulting, Inc., a consulting and training company that specializes in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching, facilitation and conflict resolution. He assists leaders in the fields of government, business, health care and community service in making 'conscious choices' that align values with effective action. Ron has taught leadership development at General Electric's Management Development Institute, served on a team of facilitators for the United States House of Representatives' Bipartisan Retreat, worked on a 'fact-finding' team with the United Nation's Democratic Dialogue Project and coached hundreds of managers and executives at such companies, such as General Electric, Shell, Intuit and General Motors. Mr. Kertzner holds a law degree from Boston University School of Law and completed his undergraduate work at Duke University, where he majored in public policy. His post-graduate work includes negotiation training through the Program on Negotiation at the Harvard Law School and dialogue training through MIT's Organizational Learning Center. He is a certified Shadow Work facilitator. In June, 2005, he was ordained as an interfaith minister through the OneSpirit Interfaith Seminary in New York.
