Michael Kalikow
Michael Kalikow is an Associate at Insight Partners and Insight Collaborative. His work focuses on the delivery of negotiation and effective communication training for corporations. Previous to joining Insight, Mr. Kalikow focused on mediation. Over the last eight years, he has mediated cases in both legal and non-legal contexts through a variety of dispute resolution service providers and court systems. He is particularly interested in improving workplace communication by bringing the tools and skills of mediation to corporate environments. Prior to law school, he worked at Business for Social Responsibility, which provides corporate social responsibility consulting services to Global 500 companies. He also worked with Fuzhen Group where he provided organizational development and corporate training services. Mr. Kalikow earned his B.A. from Brown University and his J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law at UC Berkeley, where he was honored with the Jamison Award for scholarship and advocacy.
