Jason Scott Gore Jason Scott Gore is a facilitator and trainer who specializes in improving collaboration and helping organizations innovate. He has been leading training programs, change initiatives and executive retreats since 1993. Jason has led major projects at Capital One, Banana Republic, Cisco Systems, AT&T, the Gap, the U.S. Army & Air Force, Phoenix Nuclear Power Plants, BellSouth, Ameritech, and Verizon, in addition to many other smaller companies and nonprofits. Jason focuses on enabling individuals and teams to negotiate the tough issues and work together to achieve their mutual goals. He often works across teams to identify their common interests, facilitates resolution to challenges and obstacles and trains teams to have effective interactions. Jason earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania with a focus on interpersonal dynamics and holds an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business, U.C. Berkeley, focused on business strategy and organizational development.
