Emily F. Epstein
Emily F. Epstein is a Senior Associate at Insight Partners and Insight Collaborative, where she specializes in negotiation and communication skills training, facilitation, and mediation. She is also associate faculty at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation and the Georgetown University Law Center. For nearly a decade, she has taught conflict management skills to executives and professionals in a wide range of public and private sectors, including financial services, law, insurance, health services, construction, real estate, education, and scientific research. She has delivered services throughout Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. Her speaking engagements include Harvard Law School, the Harvard Mediation Program, KNBR Radio, Northeastern University, Connecticut College, and dozens of law firms. Ms. Epstein has provided conflict resolution services through a variety of organizations, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; Gregorio, Haldeman & Piazza; the American Arbitration Association, Mediation Works, Inc.; the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center; Berkeley Dispute Resolution Services; and Community Boards of San Francisco. Ms. Epstein received her B.A. from Connecticut College, where she was a Lawrence Scholar and received honors for her thesis on negotiation. She earned her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she was honored for her work teaching legal research and writing.
