Brooke Clayton
Brooke Clayton is a negotiation consultant for Insight Partners. In the academic realm, Ms. Clayton is an Instructor for the Negotiation and Mediation courses at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. She has also taught at the Program of Instruction for Lawyers at Harvard Law School, as well as for law and graduate courses at the University of Massachusetts - Boston and Harvard Law School, including the Negotiation Workshop, the Radcliffe College Seminar and Negotiation: Dealing With Emotions. She is the co-editor of New Directions for Youth Development: Negotiation (Jossey Bass 2004), an interdisciplinary academic journal showcasing conflict management interventions for youth in high-conflict regions. In the corporate sector, Ms. Clayton has advised corporate clients throughout Asia, Europe, and the Americas, as well as non-profit clients in Latin America and West Africa. Ms. Clayton holds a B.A. magna cum laude in English from Brigham Young University, where she taught courses in Logic and Rhetoric, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. A native of California, Ms. Clayton has lived in Argentina, Japan, and the Canary Islands and is fluent in Spanish. Ms. Clayton received her B.A., magna cum laude from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
